Email support@thicketstudios.com. If you're reporting a problem, include your device model and iOS version.

You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, friends, invites, game progress (best score, puzzles solved, daily streak), and wallet (coins, hints, unlocked avatars). App Store purchases can be restored from a new account.

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
